that my therapist told me to do if i wanted to cut and it actually kinda helped.
even though i already cut tonight, i still tried the technique after to see if i liked it and i did.
i took the blade that i use to cut and cut through paper instead. i sliced like an entire piece of paper and i just liked the way it sounded and felt as the blade ripped through the paper.
now i know this won’t stop my cutting that’s for sure but maybe this technique can help someone else :)
